The Web Software Maker Now Came Under Adobe’s Acquisition for $240 million

Adobe has been working on bringing some new and exciting facilities for its application and recently the company has taken a step for the accomplishment of that task, the company has acquired a web software maker named as Day software and the deal has been finalized in $240 million.
The Day Software is actually a web based company in Basel, Switzerland that specializes in web content management, digital asset management and also social collaboration and according to the Adobe’s plans they are looking forward to bring all these facilities in their enterprise software offerings.
As a part of deal the CEO of Day will also join Adobe along with the product’s line for the Adobe’s enterprise solutions business unit. The statement which arouse from Adobe’s side is that “With the addition of Day to our enterprise portfolio, we will be able to enhance the value of our offering and deliver on our vision of the Web as the hub of customer interaction”.
Thus we can say that this new collaboration of a strong software maker with the company will bring new dimensions to the products lineup of the company and it will be able to bring more excitements for users in its business solutions.
