This is in fact the first netbook which is actually decreasing the gap between Netbook and Notebook just because of some high class features available in this. The new mini 311 is coming with a Windows 7 OS which is ruling the other Operating systems now days and along with that the availability of flash 10.1 this has proved itself to be the most highly powered netbook that is enough to work as normal PC for average users.
