Privacy Faults in Buzz

As it has been seen in the previous week that Google had launched its new application for social networking purposes and thus the  company aimed to bring a tough competitor of Facebook and twitter but unfortunately just after one day the complaints started arising regarding the privacy issues of this new applications. Actually the problem was that the applications creates the list of people followed by any user and showed it publically to the followers of one’s, which was badly affecting the personal or we can say private life of an individual.

The company has approved their fault and recently BBC has given this report that the company failed to exercise the service with the external users and just used its own employees which is very unlikely for the internet giant as they mostly test their new programs with trusted tester program which is a network of friends and family who receives confidential access to new applications before releasing them. The company had admitted their fault and product manager of Buzz Tony Jackson now said that Google will only suggest friends for user and in a statement he said the company was “very very sorry” and also “knew it had to improve things”. Thus we can expect this application to get some really good enhancements in the near future.
